The Bancroft Curling Club was established in 1957 and has operated every year since, making it an intergral part of the Bancroft community for over 60 years!
Curling is one of Canada's and the world's premier sports. There is no greater way to spend long, dark winter hours than throwing some rocks, meeting new friends and sharing some good memories and laughs. Our club has hosted several notable bonspiels over the years, including the 2005 Ontario Regional Men's Championship and in March 2008, the Tim Hortons Colts Provincial Championship.
We are a four sheet club, owned and operated by the members. There is a club room, bar, kitchen and locker area. Much of the work around the club is voluntary with the exception of ice making and custodial duties. The club is managed by a Board of Directors, elected from the general membership.
Whether you are a brand new curler or an experienced curler who has just moved to the Bancroft area, you are in for lots of fun. Curling is a game of skill surrounded by good sportsmanship and camaraderie.
We would love to welcome you to our club.
